CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation of registration must be received in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Till 1/12/2006 : 75% Refund
Till 1/1/2007 : 50% Refund
After 1/2/2007 : No Refund
Refund will be sent after the congress.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Transportation from Airport is facilitated by de Luxe, air-conditioned buses to official congress hotels listed in the booklet.
Special Shuttle Bus Service will transfer participants to and from official congress hotels and the congress venue twice daily.
It is the pleasure of the Organizing Committee to offer these services-free of charge- only for participants reserving their hotel accommodation through the International Conferences Company.
